Our Story
Mehmet came to Santander craving a taste of home. In 2015, he opened a tiny shop with just a grill and his grandmother’s recipes.
We still cook the old way – waking before dawn to bake bread, grinding fresh spices daily, and marinating meats for hours over open flames. The garlic sauce simmers all morning, the vegetables are chopped by hand, and every wrap is made to order.
This isn’t fast food. It’s Turkish soul food – prepared with care, served with pride. One bite and you’ll taste generations of tradition.
